extract the contents of each ISO and create a new ISO with the contents.

I'm assuming you can do this with WinRar? If so, what do you do once you get it in 1 .ISO?

Sorry ... What I meant was to make the 3 .iso files to 1 file that I could play.

I don't know how to play .iso files, so I was wondering if I could convert them to something else and then play them on the computer

You don't convert .iso files to something else. An iso file is an image file. What you do is burn the image file using a CD burner program to a CD. So you're three iso files are three different CDs.
