The gap on mine is getting smaller.

Also, do they hit your hamstrings pretty hard? I don't ever get as sore or as fatigued in my hamstrings when doing SLDL's as opposed to RDL's or GM's. Maybe I should try a closer stance. It's at shoulder width right now.

    I can't do conventional deadlifts.
If I'm going heavy its either sumo (strongest at) or sldl/ rdl.

Link to romanian deadlifts being performed?

So what's the exact difference between a sldl and rdl then?

sldl your hips and ass stay somewhat stationary whereas with the roman you push your ass and hips back like a PL squat... usually you don't go down quite as far with the RDL either as it can compromise your back

back ass and hammies... I'd say that the regular to me seems to hit the entire chain better as a whole for gains wheres the sldl i can feel in the individual muscles very well... if you got down to it the regular probably has more back activation, whereas the sldl has a higher concentration of hammy inolvement than the standard form
