    :o :o

If im feeling low on energy ill usually drink a cup or two of coffee before getting on the bike and lifting, usually black. Im not in super shape so sometimes if im sluggish I stop before completing my usual (an hour at the least, 2 maximum, depending how im feeling) and that kinda pisses me off.

Im sure there are better ways to get energy, but just as a last resort is it ok? I figure whatever gets me working out is alright :o

you can get caffeine dependant which isn't great. it wont kill you but try to get more sleep at night, identify why you're so tired all the time.

coffee isnt a bad thing... hell take in 600mg a day when im on an EC stack. there are some supplements to wire you a bit, but most do it by way of caffeine. its not a bad thing
