Is too much cardio bad?

    All the routines I see say to do cardio for like 30 mins 3 times per week. Every time I go to the gym I do cardio for at least 30 mins and try to lift at least 3 times a week. Am I doing it backward? Should I just lift every day and do cardio 3 times per week? I am mainly trying to lose fat around my stomach and build a little muscle mass and tone it.

    I think only three days for thirty minutes isn't enough at all. I do 45-50 minutes of cardio five times a week and I lost weight in a flash (with change of diet too.) I lift three times a week.

    It's all preference. I wouldn't live anywhere else in Florida besides Boca...well...maybe Lighthouse Point.

    3 times at 30 minutes is fine as long as you do some good heavy lifting sessions. its different for everybody tho.
