I see it's only 5g of protein per serving and people say how high in protein steel cut oats is, but i've been told this will be just as good. true?

The problem I think is if I inject them, won't they get stuck in my veins or somethin? Do you have melt them down first?

about 2 workouts ago i melted a few grains of steel cut oats laced with zma in a spoon and fucking mainlined it right in the middle of the gym. after about 3 sets of bicep curls i completely blacked out and woke up in a puddle of my own vomit. my biceps also grew about 4 inches

nice man...I was thinkin about maybe lacing it with some cee. So you inject only a few grains? I don't want to overdo it. I can see passing out at the gym and puking. But if I ever shit myself while unconcious, I could never go back to that gym again.

yeah youre gonna want to start off light with only a couple grains and then move up to about 5 tops but cycle off for a while so you dont built tolerance/dependency otherwise youre going to be up CEE creek without any flavoring :eek3:

The only place I've ever seen steel cut oats is at organic food places, such as a Trader Joes or Farmers Market

    ^^^ Agreed.

    The main difference is:

    1) Cheaper than quaker rolled oats

    2) Twice the calories per cup vs. rolled oats.

you're not going to find any instant or 1 minute steel cut oats. they take about 30mins to cook. they are cut with a steel blade instead of rolled so it's got high nutrition value
