So for example today I did Back/Chest
    Deadlift
    Incline BB
    Sitting rows
    flat DB
    weighted wide grip pullups
    Flys

Per each workout I do a sets of 10/8/6/4 reps with increasing weight and then at the last set after I hit the 4 reps I drop set and burn it out
Combined with really hitting the negative for each workout I feel burned out as shit at about the midway point, should I stop drop setting each last set in order to have more energy for the full workout?

Stickies. Do a routine that works. What are you trying to do? Gain, cut, or tone? If you want to see significant progress, you should work different muscles on different days, in order to properly allow the rejuvenation of each muscle group (which is where you see progress)

I understand, this was just for today, I dont just do back/chest everyday.
I just want to know if I should stop dropsetting after every last set

Yea man, just do it. Get into it and see what works. I'm 7 or 8 months in and I still make adjustments

if your body can handle it then do it. don't be surprised if dropsetting every set every workout can be too much though. just listen to what your body is telling you, you'll know if its too much because you will start hating working out or you won't make any gains.
