I just ate some crab legs and I was putting it on fitday

    Apparently 1 leg = 144 cal and 31g protein????

And i just at about 2 dozen crab legs, maybe more. so thats over 3000 calories and over 700g of protein?????

Depends on the size of the crab leg.

or just weigh the portion as it's going to vary leg to leg. I doubt it would even be close to that, most crab legs I get have no more than an ounce or 2 of meat in them
