If they have suddenly dropped w/o adding any hardware then I'd say yes you have a problem. If you recently added something then you may just be overloaded.

Recently my computer has been shutting off by itself and im thinking its the power supply. I assume that the 12v should be reading around 12, correct? and nope i have not added a new hardware.

Try reformating? If a computer is shutting off and you haven't added any new hardware, chances are its the power supply.

    Reformatting?? Are you nuts?

Try disconnecting some hardware. CD/DVD drives, lights, case fans, USB devices and so on.
See what kind of reading you get then.

Your 12v rail is looking pitiful. Try removing a drive or two and seeing if it juices back up.

:ugh: there could be something wrong with the registry and shit, that can cause restarts.

unless he tested it with a digital multimeter, there is no way to tell if they are correct.
