Here's my story.... I'm was an infantry Marine who WAS getting deployed to Iraq. We did 4 months of buildup training, then it was going to be 7 months in Iraq. At the very end of the 4 months of buildup training, I was injured and never made it to Iraq. For those 4 months of training, it was very hard for our command to get all of our training in, and also find time to go to the chow hall and eat. I lost about 20 pounds, due to lots of cardio, sweating, and an average of about 1500 calories a day. Now, 3 months later, I still can't eat as much as i'd like to. I use to be able to eat anything, but now I get full very fast. Could my training have anything to do with me not being able to eat as much? Why? And also, can I build up my appetite again?
