I have an OLD compaq notebook that's so out dated it's pretty much useless, BUT... it does have a nice color screen. is it possible for me to somehow take the notebook apart and rig the screen to work with my shuttle PC? I'm pretty strapped for cash and can't afford a real LCD monitor :hs:

No. I tried to take a compaq 1230 laptop screen and put it on another. The 2nd one was a compaq 1250 (or some thing like that.) and it did not work..I tried to do this today at work
