    Stick with me here....

I have a school email address, which is fowarded to my Gmail account, which I access with Outlook via POP3. So when someone sends something to my school email and I try to reply to them in Outlook, it shows my Gmail address, but I want it to show my school email address.

    Is this possible?

yes. You have to setup an account in Outlook with your school email settings. Then you should be able to select the school email in the "From" box when sending a message.

You can also add another "From" account in your Gmail settings.
