on tuesday night i trained legs/back which consists of squating for 5 sets of single digits (working up to a 1rm). then did deadlifts (same sets as squat). bb rows for 3x10, then other small accessory lifts.

my legs dont feel sore at all (since squats were the only lift i did for them that night). should i work legs again tonight (thursday)? thinking of doing higher volume 3x10 squats and lunges.

If you hit a 1RM 2 days ago, and it was a real 1RM, I would not go for another one on the same movement 2 days later.

i never do deadlifts and squats in the same workout. usually i squat heavy on monday and deadlift heavy on friday to have as much space in between those lifts because they kill me.

well recently ive been doing good mornings and a 20 rep set of full squats after my wide stance squat work sets so after that i am just about dead. especially after the 20 rep full squats i probably wouldnt be able to deadlift the bar :barf:
