    ok so i KNOW this prolly isnt the BEST thing to be doing to myself, but im broke, my protien isnt here yet, and im broke....so help me feel better about this guys..

    im eating ~1000 cals a day and its all coming from Smart Balance Peanut Butter (the one with the Omega-3s).

    AND im hitting the wieghts pretty hard and doing cardio.

    how bad am i hindering my weight loss here?

    I tried that omega3 smart balance stuff and it tastes more fishy then tuna. :ugh2:

    There are way cheaper, healthier foods than peanut butter, but at ~1000 calories a day, you're definitely gonna lose weight. It won't be healthy and your metabolism is probably going to go to hell in a handbasket, but you'll be rail thin in no time!

    A different body type like he doesn't follow the general laws of, "You don't eat, your metabolism slows down?"

    I'm 6'1", 205lbs, 13% BF and I eat, on average, ~5000 calories a day. You tell me about my metabolism. :naughty:

    His bf% is around 18%+ so I don't see him turning rail thin over night...

    You're telling me. My normal weight before I bulked was 160lbs! People used to call me scarecrow.

    I was joking about rail thin, but seriously, at a ~1000 calorie diet, he'll wither away quick.

    Peanut butter is not a complet eprotein. You are missing out on some other amino acids that your body needs to rebuild muscle. At only 1000 cal per day though, you will lose weight but only for a small period of time until your metabolism shuts down.

    haha...thanks guys.

    its only a couple more days, although im going a little stir crazy and ill p[rolly whip out the CC and actually buy food.

    man, i WISH i could be ril thin over night....but nope, evo's right...damn near 20% BF....isnt going to disappear that quick. shit.

    How long have you been doing low calories and have you lost BF? I'm not sure if it works or not with such a deficeit.
