    well ok i started goin 2 the gym 2 weeks ago and i weighed in at 136( i know i know im skinny but im 15) so after 1 week i was up at 139 and now im at 141 is this good gain? seeing i go to the gym every other day

    is it that hard to type out "to" its one more key stroke man, think of the workout for your wrist.
