Oftentimes when I flex my calves or hamstrings, I'll get a nice flex (as I would with a bicep for example), then all of the sudden the muscle quickly contracts and feels like it is going to lock up on me.

wtf? It scares me when this happens, it's semi-painful, and it's preventing me from really learning to flex my legs. Is this normal, have any of you guys experienced this or heard of it?

Was I wishing too much when I hoped for a real answer with some sort of explanation?

This place is worse than the main forum sometimes. It's sad really.

when you have a question that needs answering, PM one of the higher ups. making threads is useless.
