ive been working on losing weight this summer. i started out at 220lbs in late may. i am now down to 202lbs. What i have been doing recently has been shedding off weight quite fast but i am worried about lack of nutrition. what i've been doing basically just eating half of my meals and riding the bike for 30 minutes every morning, with a small amount of lifting weights.

will this technique work in the end? or will i end up just gaining the weight right back if i slow down? any suggestions on vitamins or other supplements i should be taking? thx

full body weight training is an enourmous help for calorie burning and body composition, remember not to puss out on doing legs, it will help your whole body too.
