Is this healthy at all?

    This little frozen "Tai Pei" frozen food box, it has sweet and sour chicken in it.

    The Nutrition Facts are

    Calories : 540
    Calories from fat : 30
    Cholesterol: 20mg
    Sodium: 610mg
    Carbs: 115g
    Protein: 12g

    I am currently cutting, with about a 1,800 calorie diet. This has WAY more calories than I usually eat and i'm just wondering if it is okay to have for 1 of my 5 meals throughout the day.

    (I'm completely stupid when it comes to fitness so give me a break and just help me out please)

    EDIT: My diet usually consist of protein in every meal, including whey shakes, and 2-3 of my meals always have half a can of fruit with them. Vegetables too for some of them.

    probably not very optimal but it depends what your other meals consist of, if you can balance it, why not
