The Nutrition Facts are Calories : 540 Calories from fat : 30 Cholesterol: 20mg Sodium: 610mg Carbs: 115g Protein: 12g I am currently cutting, with about a 1,800 calorie diet. This has WAY more calories than I usually eat and i'm just wondering if it is okay to have for 1 of my 5 meals throughout the day. (I'm completely stupid when it comes to fitness so give me a break and just help me out please) EDIT: My diet usually consist of protein in every meal, including whey shakes, and 2-3 of my meals always have half a can of fruit with them. Vegetables too for some of them.
