I recently got a revolver from a friend of mine who inherited it.. he doesn't like guns, so he gave it to me to pay off a debt. I was just wondering if it was a good gun or not.
Here are some pics. It's a .357 Magnum.

Matters on the amount of debt he had to pay off.

I've shot a few Taurus revolvers and auto loaders and have not been displeased by them at all. Usually they buy the molds and rights to manufacture various brand's.

Not the best out there, but by no means the worst. I would definetly have it checked out by a respectable gunsmith in the area before firing it. The $30 bucks or so that you spend for it will be well worth it.

It looks VERY similar to my S&W Model 28. Even the grips look similar.

It's been used in a bank robbery or something worse.
