so I ride the bike at the club every time i go which is about 5 times a week. The bike has a hill setting where it is kind of like HIIT. it goes a steady easy resistance then it builds up in resistance every other minute with a minute of low intesity pedaling in between. I do this for 30-35 minutes... It really gets me sweating a lot, so is this a good at all?

Any kind of cardio is going to do well to help you in creating a caloric deficit. Your diet efforts to create that deficit are much more important for fat loss, especially if all youre going to do is constant cardio to facillitate it. If you read This thread, and others, you will see that there is an advantage to lifting heavy shit over your constant cardio fun in the long term.

well then you should see results, if you don't then it's time to revaluate what you're doing.
