    I'm not sure how they're calculating the energy value of carbs and protein but something looks off.

    Maybe it's the fiber?

    less protein and more fats and carbs. save some money in your wallet too

    more calories too

    how many calories and what ratio should i shoot for?

    dunno. I've never really followed a ratio, but I know that my carbs have always doubled my protein intake. Fat and protein have always been about even

    i've had results with 1-1.2g/lb of protein, 25-30% of cals from fat and the rest of my cals from carbs
