    20" isn't going to give you any more velocity or accuracy.
     
  7. There's really no practical advantage to a longer barrel with .22lr

    Was more concerned with looks, to me the short barrels look retarded

    Heavy barrels and unbalanced stocks make a gun feel retarded to shoot.

    I'd take that into consideration if choosing longer/heavier.

    i went with a 18" gm fluted. it balances nicely in my stock

    Balences with what stock? Sounds way front heavy to me. I started w/ a 16" bull barrel and I thought that was a good half pound too front heavy, I can only imagine what a 18" would be like

    i have the one from the original post. the weight isnt an issue for me cause i shoot off a bipod.
