Is this enough food?

    I'm on week 2 of my 8 week diet. Pretty much eating the same thing everyday.

    Meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2: 4 slices deli cut smoked turkey on 2 pieces whole wheat bread with lettuce

    Meal 3: Muscle Milk protein shake

    Meal 4: Same as meal 2

    Maybe i could throw in some beef jerky somewhere?

    Also taking Lipo 6 and Vasopro, cardio 35 minutes a day, 4 or so days a week. Light lifting every now and then.

    Sandwich - 300 (might be a little high)
    Shake - 330
    Sandwiich - 300

    2 shakes maybe?

    i counted everything same same except for the shakes..

    i didnt know those things had 330 cals

    OK, if i add another shake and a container of yogurt, it will put me at just under 1800.

    I'm 6'2" 205 now. Wanting to lose 20 lbs in 8 weeks
