I'm on week 2 of my 8 week diet. Pretty much eating the same thing everyday. Meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal Meal 2: 4 slices deli cut smoked turkey on 2 pieces whole wheat bread with lettuce Meal 3: Muscle Milk protein shake Meal 4: Same as meal 2 Maybe i could throw in some beef jerky somewhere? Also taking Lipo 6 and Vasopro, cardio 35 minutes a day, 4 or so days a week. Light lifting every now and then.
