I just started working out to gain weight, went to 24 hour fitness and asked a trainer what I could do and what supplements I could take to add on weight asap. I'm 6'1'' and about 150 lbs. Is that all I'm supposed to be taking? I've looked around the internet, and it says my loading phase should be around 25-30g of creatine. Now, with these pills, that would be 50 pills Did I get the wrong stuff or something?
