Is this calorie calculator right?

    i don't think there is any chance thats right. Maybe for 8lbs in two months, which is still quite a bit.

    but for 16lbs in two months you'd need to be in a deficit of 56,000 calories (at least to burn 16lbs of fat.)

    or approximately 950 cal deficit per day. I'm guessing the "heavy" activity level may be skewing the numbers.

    try figuring your results need for no light (meaning sitting on your ass all day) activity. Take those results, and add aproximately 5-600 calories onto that (since you are burning 5-600 calories on your 5 mile jog.)

    so basically, its telling you to eat 1500 to begin with, and shift down to 1400, with no physical activity. But since you jog 5miles a day, and thus burn an extra 5-600 calories, you should eat 2100-2000 calories a day.

    And even at those numbers, i don't really see you dropping 16lbs in two months.
