    Been working out for 4 weeks now, 4 days a week.

    Any suggestions? My diet consists of general healthy food. Fruits, vegitables, chicken, beef and some salmon. I sleep 8 hours a night.

    No but you've only been lifting for about a month, give it some time.

    You should have an edge on the average noob in terms of strength and GPP then. Working manual labor jobs was pretty rough on my back.

    ya, u still got a few solid years of work before ud be considered undeniably broli, it aint gonna happen in 4 weeks or every1 would be massive.

    I am not even sure what the term broly means, but if it means buff then the answer would be "sorta".

    yer kidding...right?:eek3: not to sound mean or anything but i think i started out w/ more muscle mass and less fat than that and i wouldnt consider myself broly even at this point in training.
