that i've already had over 1000 calories of fat today?
and i havent even eaten dinner yet

now i gotta decide what to eat for dinner, i think it should probably be fat free
dude dont worry about it many people have high fat diets. If you gain well like this, then possibly you just respond to fats better. Everyone is different.
also...is it bad that I drink almost everynight...I mean, I am bulking afterall
yeah, i wouldnt do that, like one beer probably wont kill you, but drinking heavilly every night is not good for your CNS or yur boddy, as far as gains go.

Yeah, don't worry about it. I've always had pretty high fat intake.
It's best if you drink right after you work out if your bulking. You need all the carbs and alcohol is good for your hydration.

I know 1 cup of almonds is 824 calories, most of it from the 73g of fat.

keep the drinking to a minimum... i know it sucks and I'm having a hard time doing it (college>me) but its gotta be done
assuming GnP was correct, alcohol blocks some test receptors for 72hrs... so it aint that good

I dont think it's bad, then again, I have 9 tablespoons of olive oil a day in combination with my high fat, high carb, high protein diet
