Is this an okay diet for bulking?

    MON-WED-FRI (LIFTING DAYS)
    7AM - 30g WHEY, 10g CASIEN, CREATINE, 1.5 C. DRY MEASURE OATS.
    8AM - WORKOUT
    9:30AM (OR WHENEVER YOU GET HOME FROM THE GYM) - 75g WHEY, 140g SUGARS (DEXTROSE/GATORADE MIX), CREATINE.
    10:30AM - 140g GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST, 300g BAKED SWEET POTATO
    1:30PM - 140g GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST OR 40g PROTEIN WORTH OF LEAN BEEF ETC, 300g BAKED SWEET POTATO OR 1.5C. DRY MEASURE OATS.
    4:30PM - 20g WHEY, 20g CASIEN, 2T. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, SOME KIND OF FLAVORING LIKE CRYSTAL LIGHT MIX OR DON'T BREATHE THROUGH YOUR NOSE, BECAUSE THAT SHIT TASTES HORRIBLE
    7:30PM - 140g GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST OR 40g PROTEIN WORTH OF LEAN BEEF ETC, BROCCOLI STEAMED OR HOWEVER YOU LIKE IT, 2 T. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
    10:30PM - 30g CASIEN, 10g WHEY, 1T. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
    11PM OR BEFORE - SLEEP


    TUES-THURS-SAT-SUN (REST DAYS)
    7AM - 30g WHEY, 10g CASIEN, CREATINE, 1.5 C. DRY MEASURE OATS.
    10AM - 140g GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST, 300g BAKED SWEET POTATO
    1PM - 140g GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST OR 40g PROTEIN WORTH OF LEAN BEEF ETC, 300g BAKED SWEET POTATO OR 1.5C. DRY MEASURE OATS.
    4PM - 20g WHEY, 20g CASIEN, 2T. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, CRYSTAL LIGHT MIX OR DON'T BREATHE THROUGH YOUR NOSE, BECAUSE THAT SHIT TASTES HORRIBLE

    My friend devised this eating plan for me. I'm 5 foot 7 inches, 150 pounds and i've been lifting for about two months and am pretty weak. I'm trying to train right and cut all the junk food out of my life. Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated.
