A&P Is this an example of chromatic aberration

    no, thats lens flair.

    chromatic abberation would be directly on the edge of a highlight.

    as shown in this pic found in a google search.

    But that picture does have a lot of CA going on.

    Theres a big purple streak in the trees that is a flare. The purple hue around the edge of all the highlights is CA.
