Is this a good setup for a RE12?

    What is that box tuned to, if anything?

    Well the problem with that enclosure is that it may not match up very well to the woofer. Do you by any chance have the T/S parameters for the RE woofer you plan on getting?

    I think that the 300+ watt infinity might be a little too much power for a sub that is ratted to take about 175 rms, even more so if you are going to put it in a box not built to specs,

    Is the sub 2ohms or 4?

    The RE12 has dual 4 ohm voice coils. So it can be wired for 2 ohm or 8 ohm operation, or you can run each coil off seperate amplifier channels if you wish.
