    wednesday: rest
    thursday: chest and tri's

    dunno without seeing what you're doing. Personally I wouldn't do legs last though.

    i do back/tri chest/bi since you're already using tri with chest and bi with back i'm more fresh when I switch em

    chest and tri: bench 3 sets of 10 with 160, incline 3 sets of 10 with 135, machine flys 3 sets of 10 with 75, tri pull downs 3 sets of 10 with 60, 3 sets of 20 dips

    i guess i just really wanted to know if these are good combinations for a workout. i thought since you use tris with chest that you should just work them both on the same day. is that an overload?

    i personally just let chest work them indirectly and save their OWN workout for back day so that you're alternating secondary and primary movements

    no i dont do cardio. i used to run 4-6 laps at a nearby highschool football stadium, but its getting cold now.

    Very similar to what i do except i do my Leg/Shoulder first
