    doesnt have the inbody autofocus motor, any lenses u buy will have to have an af motor in them.

    Oh, I see what you're saying, this body doesn't have the AF motor.


    Truff.

    But is this or isn't this a pretty good deal?

    You can find used d80s for 450 w/o the accesories and lense
    and the d80 as inbody af

    guess it depends on how much you want to spend on lenses down the road

    If you plan on buying from Cameta Camera, get the one that doesn't have all the crap in the auction. Body + lens only. Get a better memory card from Costco and get a better bag that fits you. The rest of those items will just end up in the trash in 2 hours.

    And look into a D80 unless you never plan to get rid of the 18-55 lens or buy any non AF-S lenses
