GUN IS this a good DEAL for Mosin Acces.

    That is $30 after shipping, I do not think it is worth it. I never use my kit at all.

    I have actually used that tool once, just for when I measured the pin on the bolt.

    another question. The cleaning rod doesnt go from the breech to the muzzle completly. Is there something to attach on the end.

    Yea, you just need a flathead. But you need the tool to check/adjust the firing pin protrusion.

    Would I have to do that if I am just taking the stock off and leaving the internals as is?

    Or better yet, is there a good read or some FAQs to the Mosins? :hs:

    I pick mine up next week.

    And on a retarded note, sportsmanguide wont deliver rounds to my zip code :ugh2:

    If you're just taking it apart into the main components, then no you won't need the tool.
