    Pasta is on there. I didn't know you could get whole grain pasta. I'll have to get that instead of normal pasta next time.

    contains a lot more fiber....its usually in the natural food section...some are located at the regular pasta isle.

    Ground Beef is fine if you get the lean stuff I always buy 93/7

    Why say milk is for babies? Milk is fine for him to drink.

    Like Chris said you don't need half that stuff, but why cut out milk, he's bulking its not going to hurt him.

    I dunno I guess I just try to keep my sugars down when I bulk. I like to CLEAN bulk.

    Skim has 80 cals a cup thats not a whole lot, if you count skim milk as cheating from a clean bulk you got some wacky ideas.
