Other than the motherboard and processor, 1 hard drive, 1 optical drive, 5770 and 4 fans.

They actually have the 600 with a $25.00 rebate and free shipping, so I end up spending less than $10.00 more in the end if I were to go that route. Either way I just wanted a good quality modular PSU in this price range.

I just bought a new PSU to replace a broken one. I thought I was buying a modular one. I took it out of the box and was like, 'what the... why is everything attached?'....
then I looked everything over and found my goof up.

I gotta say. A decent PSU does a lot for your system.

You buy a 500 watt PSU and you can buy any video card you want in the future and not worry about power to it.

Thats not a bad PSU, the 12v rails look good and so do the 3.3V and 5V. I'd say you should be fine with that and could even throw in another video card and hard drive with that if you wanted. That might not even be pushing it.
