Natty PB + J, Banana, Milk... is there anything I'm missing here?

Throw in a multi-vitamin aswell, you proly need some more fiber so oatmeal would be a good choice.
You also need some polyunsaturated fats (the healthy fats) so take some fish oil or flaxseed oil aswell
is the natty pb just mono?
I took 1000 mg of Vitamin C, 2 1200mgg Fish Oil, 400 i.u. of Vit. E and a Multi....plus the bread was flax seed bread
Flax seed isn't worth shit unless it's grounded.
Here's what I eat : 2 cup egg whites, 1 onion, 1 tomato, and 1/2 oats with 1 scoop protein and 1 tbsp ground flax seeds.
584 cals, 8 g of fat, 46 g of carbs, 75 g of protein.
thats a big fucking breakfast
You can eat only 1 cup of egg whites and get the flax seeds in a shake later on. 5 meals like that is just enough to get 3000 cals. But the egg whites make it a huge breakfast to eat, I like that
