i took tae kwon do for 10 years...im physically fit but like to add to my daily life. i have a great interest to learn to fight. not to fight professionaly but maybe do competition one day if im good. id also like it for confidence and self defense of myself if ever need be but hope to never use it. they have a renzo gracie school near me for BJJ. and im also thinkin of doing master k elbow muay thai in new jersey. would this give me a g ood basic to ground and stand fighting? how bout judo? just looking for some initial guidance. all advice appreciated.
