Problem is I do not have access to a kitchen whatsoever (partially why I gained weight, had to eat out alot)

This is what I have been doing for weight loss (5'9" 235lb 38"waist)

    Morning:
    Granola Oat Bar
1 Serving of Whey Protein w/ fat free milk
    - workout (cardio)
1 Serving of Whey Protein w/ fat free milk

    Afternoon:
    1 Fiber granola bar
Lunch - Usually a roast beef or chicken breast from subway/Salads

2x Non-Fat yogurt, fruits as snack til dinner (every 2-3 hours)

    Dinner
Subway repeat or salad - sometimes sushi
1 Serving of Whey Protein w/ fat free milk

Wait an hour - then workout. (weights)

Total in the low 2k caloric range. 15cal per lb says I should have a maitenance calorie range of 3400 if I follow the sticky.

    ------------------------
The reason I guess I am asking because I read all these forums, and stickies and there is so many contradictory statements. Like one guy went nuts on another for even using milk... then others said its fine.

Just looknig for some guidance please

addon note, is this too much protein? I saw there is no evidence stating that more is bad, but at 48% of protein whey per serving I am taking in 3 servings alone- not including the bars

instead of granola oat bar.. eat like 8 egg whites with some carbs like oats
take out the subway/sushi crap. instead cook some grilled chicken/beef with some fibrous veggies (brocolli/spinach). add some flax seed oil into your whey.

Well, that's just an excuse. Timberwolf had a client which he made lose weight while eating Burger King twice a day I think. It's all about what and how much food you eat, not "where" you eat it.

Didn't I say partially* why I gained weight? Hmmm yes. Yes I did. The other gentleman suggested getting off subway/sushi for inhouse food, and thats when I let him know I dont have a kitchen. Not an excuse, a state of whats available to me.
