Not KFC style, but supermarket style, i assumed grilled on a roticiary.

I have just been buying chicken lately and eating it, as opposed to heaps of supplements and shakes, it seems to be alot cheaper and you get more calories for your money.

Obviously there is leg meat, and wing meat etc on top of just chicken breast.

How bad is the fried skin on these chickens?

do they come with nutrition info?

the ones I've had were pretty greasy and coasted in some kind of sauce which was undoubtedly comprised of sugar and sodium for the most part.

    na no nutrition information.

I have no problem with a bit of sugar in my diet, im trying to gain weight here, there is still a large chunk of meat in it.

I'm no nutritionalist, whats the deal with sodium? What foods is it commonly in and how does it affect you?

    Thanks for the helps guys.

The stuffing contains lots of carbohydrate calories

Aparantly (according to calorieking.com.au) a full BBQ chicken, with skin and stuffing is 2484 calories.

I don't know what the fuck kind of chicken you're eating but why would there be "stuffing" and that much fat/carbs?

just don't eat the skin. dip it in a little bit of bbq sauce on the side if it's too dry.

Grilled or roasted chicken doesn't have fried skin.

I'm not sure what you are thinking about, but as far as I can tell he is just referring to a BBQ chicken from a grocery store which has no stuffing

it's just a small chicken with some BBQ glaze, fully cooked and gutted

In Australia they do have stuffing if you buy a BBQ chicken from a grocery store and he is from Australia.

Perhaps I should give him advice on the calorie breakdown of chickens sold in Outer Mongolia instead?

He even said he wouldn't eat the stuffing.

    fuuuuuuuuuuuck

Oh and to answer the question, if you don't eat the stuffing and remove as much skin as possible, I can't think of a cheaper and more tasty source of protein calories than a BBQ chicken from coles.

Plus they get crazy cheap later in the day before closing time.
