When Im riding my chopper sometimes my boot hits my pipes which are hot and I noticed there are lil marks left from them that must be melting on the pipes. Is there any good way to take that off?

Depending on how thick it is a 0000 grade/very fine steel wool might work. If it's thicker chunks I'd try to loosen it with a citrus based cleaner/degreaser first.

I tired a citrus based cleaner.... it took some of it off but Ill try and soak it again and then maybe try the steel wool after. Thanks

Clearkote's Blue Moose Cutting Creme does the trick, use it on Harley exhaust pipes all the time.

On chrome pipes for bikes I usually use OOOO grade steel wool and glass cleaner. Follow it with a chrome polish and it looks blingin!
