is there any way to target the lower third of the tricept?

    any specific exercises build it more than others? i was just thinking about this and know it would be cool because not many people have a big visible one. :dunno:

    the bulge below the v guys, any personal trainers on? like theres got to be one like overhead tri extensions if you hold your arm in a certain position or something.

    I don't think you want personal trainer advice. They just know too much, you wont be able to comprehend all the information.

    Overhead rope extensions, laying on the floor dumbell extensions, board presses, jm presses all work this area. You can tell how much a guy can bench by the development of this muscle.
