When supplementing with creatine, the muscles "bloat" and appear larger?
crazy! where'd you hear this new breaking information from?
I never got bloated/swollen or really noticed anything on creatine
I'm only on day 4 of using it, the past two days i've taken 5-6grams of it
yeah i get bloated but then i take some midol and it makes me feel better
5-6grams a day shouldn't give you too much bloating, where as if you loaded it you'd probably have gained some water. Get CEE.
Some people have worse bloat than others. But yes..that's how creatine works..more water to the muscles.
I hope you don't mean that's why creatine works...
The osmotic effects are definately a big part of it.
is it making you more swole/having any good effects?
it's only day 5 of it for me..i guess the real test will be next week when i bench
