    Other than the obvious omega-3 fatty acids? I know chicken is a little more expensive, but the nutrition is almost identical and chicken even has a little more protein. I can't stand the taste of tuna :barf:.

    i guess i lucked out that i enjoy tuna :)

    tuna + mayo + relish and sometimes mustard, mix it up with a cup of cheese...slap it on a piece of wheat bread and toast it!

    I read a really go atrical about tuna and for a person of 200lb should not eat more then 5 cans a week because of the Mercury. So eat 5 cans per week and then use the chicken. Tune is low in cals and 0 carbs also Protein is much higher then chicken at the same weight.

    Also you have more Mercury in a Tuna stake in the same weight then the canned tuna.

    so if you are 120LB no more then 3 cans a week
    160lb = 4 cans a week
    200= 5 cans a week
    240= six cans a week.
