Is there any need to do any lower body workouts besides squats and DLs?

yer you could do an entire lower body workout using variants of each. sumo deadlifts, rdls, box squats, front squats, one leg squats, plus the conv. variety.

    Word.

Leg extensions or leg presses for quads... try straight leg DL's for something a little easier if a regular DL is too much for you to handle.. :mamoru:
