Is there an amount of water or water-based drink you would deem "too much"?

    when working on losing weight?

I know a gallon is always recommended, but I'm sure I often drink more than that... problem or no big deal?

    more the better? :dunno:

Never really thought about it before. And yes I know you can die from drinking too much water but that isn't the issue here.

    thanks :)

to drink enough water to fuck up cell nacl levels you'd have to be trying bloody hard, or be on drugs. Its usually a condition that effects infants or drugos.

so I wonder if drinking 2 gallons is superior to 1 gallon, if weight loss is the goal? :)

unless drinking 2gallons makes you eat less or exercise more then its going to make fuck all of a bees cock in difference. I'd just stick to whatever and worry about the bigger picture of your overall diet.
