I'm currently out of a gym membership but I have about 200lbs in free weights, a set of DBs (adjustable), a BB, and a EZcurl bar.

I'm having to lift light anyways because of a back injury but I'm slowly incorporating deads and t-bar rows into my workout (with light weights) and was wondering if there was anything I could do for my lats with the equipment I have :dunno:

possibly do assisted pullups. for example with a desk, you could hang onto the edge, and angle your body so your feet can rest and take off some of the weight. i like to do them completely horizontal on monkey bar type setups, with my feet resting on the bars. gymnasts do this too.

just do the pullups. any retard could fab up a pullup bar. If you can only do sets of 1, then do 25 sets of 1. If you can't do even one, jump up and do negatives. A shit load of them.

I was too but I still did them. even if you can't do a full range do half or 3/4ths. Build up and do your sets to faliure. You can do you man:)

Now I able to do 6sets by 12reps and next time I do upper body I'm adding weight. Took me 6 months to work up to this but it's worth it.

    Yeah I could tell :fawk:

To everyone saying pullups. I HAVE NOWHERE TO DO THEM right now. I'm going to buy a bigger barbell and do rows until I have the money for one of these to add lat shrugs, dips, and pullups to my workout:
