    It's been 5 days since my last trip to the gym and I'm finally able to put my hands behind my neck without intense pain. Are there any supplements or creams or whatever that can speed up the repair process?

    Stretch, contrast showers, stretch, sleep, El Glutamine, lots of shit. Stay away from cremes unless you want that shit on your bed since most ppl apply it right b4 bed.

    ever tried the old bathtub full of ice water after a long run trick ? it helps with next day stifness but holy shit try to get somethin to protect your nuts.
