I'm Putting a fresh install of XP on my PC and I know how to save my Bookmarks into a file to bring over to the New XP....

But Can the same be done for all your saved Passwords/Usernames ?

Just copy your firefox profile found in C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles and replace the profile generated on your new firefox install with it.

That will save everything...including addons and bookmarks too.

I think you need the .ini file in there too. Better to save the full firefox folder, no?

I've done this before and had good results...although now that you mention it, I believe I copied the Firefox folder from C:\Program Files as well. :hs:
