If you own a parts or service shop, then sure.

on my 2nd dakota thinking about going to my 3rd...

:o no not becasue they broke down... my first truck had over 180,000 miles on it (and it ran great) but i figured id sell it before 200k while it still had some value.. then i got a 4x4 and now i wanna be lowered agian so im looking into getting anothe 2x4 single cab (see here > http://forums.offtopic.com/showthread.php?t=2523824)

    *edit*
i stand behind mopar in general but in all honestly.. you never know.. every company has lemons and you could by 3 chevys and have them all be shit.. but who are you buying them from? and what did they do to them?

Ford, Chevy, Dodge, and Toytoa all make excellent trucks and if someone was trying to desided on what to get id tell them to get the one that suits what they wanna do the most and what ever one they like.. casue if you take your time and find the right one, a truck from thoughs 4 companys should last forever.

SBC is easily the best sounding domestic motor.

well shit, I've been buying vehicles for all the wrong reasons for all these years. But in all REALITY listen to a 426 Hemi with open headers.....pure bliss.

As for the crew, I think I'd be obligated to sign...

the 4.7s in the dakotas sound pretty mean with headers and exhaust.. its the same case with the 4.6 in the mustang.. i think it has to do with the overhead cam design?

of couse there are some crappy sounding 4.6s out there but with the right exhuast set up they get a nice rich bass tone and the same with the 4.7.

but then agian my 67 charger w/ 383 BB with 484 lift 284 duration cam and flowmaster 2 chambers sounds pretty wicked too  .. but thats more of a old school chunky mid range sound :o
