The one included is just way too basic.

I don't even really need that much more function, but a % key would help me out a ton...does anyone know if there is a better Calculator out there somewhere?

why dont you just use OSX's calc? i just have it in my dock; way faster then going to the dashboard. and you can use it in programmers or scientific mode.

I'm teaching 6th graders right now and I can assure you that .45 is the same as 45%. go ahead and try it on your non-percent key enabled calculator if you don't believe me. :eek3:

I understand (and use) this method. But when you're trying to calculate (for example) $132.40 - 40% + 8.25% - $2.00, it's much easier to just key that in with a percent button rather than dealing with the memory keys and negative numbers etc. I know that you'd like to find a way to make me sound like I'm an idiot by comparing me to your 6th grade class - but trust me, I have reasons why I'd like a % key. It's obviously useful - hence the addition of the % key to the world of calculators in the first place. :p
