I'd heard a 300hp non-sc'ed V8 for the GT.
I'm getting one regardless.

I've never had a SC'ed car before.
the 4.6 w/ blower would be hot. all aluminum high revving overhead cammage. i want to transplant one. into what is the q. '26 roadster truck or something minimalist.

The GT has a 300HP 4.6, no forced induction.

a.) Job One date on the new mustang is in august. So they'll be hitting lots shortly after that.
b.) So far, nothing more powerful than the 300hp GT has been announced.
c.) A new mustang variant is debuting at the chicago auto show on february 4th (2 days from now)
d.) John Coletti has said that SVT is "done with" the 4.6L DOHC Supercharged motor. That means that it would probably find its way into non-SVT products.
e.) 5.4L SOHC 3v mustangs (as in the new f-150 engine) have been seen testing
f.) An n/a or supercharged 5.4 3v mustang is very likely
g.) as i'm sure you know, the next lightning is likely to be the 5.4 3v SOHC (as opposed to the supercar's 5.4L 4v DOHC)
